Keynote Speech: Leather, Lived

Saturday, November 14 · 7 PM

Who gets to decide what is real Leather?

Leather has never existed outside the world around us. Politics change. Communities evolve. Our identities and life experiences shape how we live, practice, and understand Leather.

Some traditions deserve preservation. Others need transformation. And some deserve to be honored as we make room for what comes next.

Join Empress Jessica Akanke at Florida Leather Week for Leather, Lived. a keynote about our evolving culture, the diversity of our experiences, and what it means to build a community where we can all take up space.
